Athletics – 30 percent
• 10 points – State Champion
• 9 points – State Championships
• 8 points – Second Round of Playoffs
• 7 points – Conference Champion
• 6 points – Playoffs
• 5 points – Finish above .500

Citizenship/Community Service/Campus Involvement (outside of athletics) – 30 percent
• 10 points – Minimum five (5) community service/campus event participation.
• 9 points – Minimum four (4) community service/campus event participation.
• 8 points – Minimum three (3) community service/campus event participation.
• 7 points – Minimum (2) community service/campus event participation.
• 6 points – Minimum (1) community service/campus event participation.

Team Support/Participation – 10 percent
• 10 points – Team attends all nine (9) highlighted athletics contests.
• 9 points – Team attends eight (8) highlighted athletics contests.
• 8 points – Team attends seven (7) highlighted athletics contests.
• 7 points – Team attends six (6) highlighted athletics contests.
• 6 points – Team attends five (5) highlighted athletics contests.
