Susanville, Calif. - Sophomore Rolontae Knowles counted a game-high 26 points to lead the Roadrunners to a 76-72 regular season finale win over Lassen on Wednesday evening.
The win secured sole possession of second place in Golden Valley Conference play.
Knowles added seven boards and a pair of assists, while freshman Marvelous Owens chipped in 14 points, five rebounds, five assists, and five steals off the bench.
Butte (14-13, 6-2) will await its postseason fate to be announced on Sunday, Feb. 19.
