Cupertino, Calif. - Sophomore Sander Trevor netted the game-winning goal in the 50th minute as the Roadrunners outlasted the Mountain Lions, 1-0, on Tuesday afternoon.
Sophomore Jovani Casillas-Esca and freshman Mohamed Benguellal both tallied an assist in the score. Four different Roadrunners tallied a shot on goal.
Freshman Noris Iten played all 90 minutes in the goal for Butte, earning a save.
Butte (2-1-1) remains on the road, heading to Folsom Lake next on Friday, Sept. 9 at 11 a.m.
