Napa, Calif. - Sophomore Bruno Lago Pujol tallied a pair of goals as the Butte men's soccer team blanked Napa, 5-0, on Tuesday afternoon.
Lago Pujol netted the team's first two goals off of assists from sophomores Sander Trevor, Simon Huebner, and William Ours. Freshman Luca De Assis Almeid counted the team's next goal off an assist from sophomore Jovani Casillas-Escajedo before an unassisted goal from freshman Shinkai Kojima. Freshman Pablo Garces Sanchez earned the final goal for the Roadrunners off a feed from sophomore Joshua Smith.
Butte (3-1-3) heads to Merritt next on Thursday, Sept. 22 for a 2 p.m. kickoff.
