No. 2 Softball to Host No. 10 Folsom Lake for Super Regionals

Oroville, Calif. - The second-seeded Butte softball team will host 10th-seeded Folsom Lake for the Super Regionals round of the CCCAA Northern Region Softball Playoffs.

The Roadrunners earned the automatic berth by earning the Golden Valley Conference crown, boasting a 39-1 overall record and a perfect 20-0 mark in conference play.

Folsom Lake finished fifth in the Big 8 Conference, chalking up a 20-20 overall record and 10-14 in league competition.

The series opens on Friday, May 13 at 2 p.m. before game two on Saturday, May 14 at 12 p.m. If necessary, a game three will take place at approximately 2 p.m.

Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $8 for senior citizens (60+), children 12 and under, students (with valid ID), and faculty and staff each day. All tickets must be purchased via the Butte Athletics Box Office or via check at the ticket table on the day of game.
