Marysville, Calif. - Five Roadrunners reached double-figures as the No. 2 Butte women's basketball team ran past Yuba, 103-58, on Tuesday evening.
Freshman Sarah Tait paced all Butte scorers with 17 points, adding three boards and four assists. Freshman Jordan Arreola added 14 points, while sophomore Makenzee Moretto chipped in 13 points with six rebounds. Freshman Reagan Marroquin and sophomore Bella Vigil both added 11 points off the bench. Marroquin tallied five assists, while freshman Nahkia Clements earned a game-high seven assists.
Butte (13-1) heads to its last non-conference outing, facing Santa Rosa in the first round of the Rams Classic hosted by San Francisco. Tip off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
