Oroville, Calif. - Sophomore Meghan Weinrich dropped a game-high 31 points to lead the No. 7 Butte women's basketball team to a 70-54 win over Feather River on Saturday afternoon.
Weinrich shot 50 percent from the field, adding 15 rebounds, three assists, and a pair of blocks. Freshmen Sarah Tait and Jordan Arreola added 15 and 11 points, respectively, while sophomore Cassidy King dished a game-high seven assists, adding to her seven rebounds.
Butte (20-3, 5-1) remains home, facing Siskiyous next on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 3 p.m.
