No. 4 Women's Basketball Ends Regular Season on Nine-Game Winning Streak

Susanville, Calif. - The No. 4 Butte women's basketball team wrapped up the regular season on a nine-game winning streak, defeating Lassen, 83-54, on Wednesday evening.

The starting five all reached double-figures in the points column, led by sophomore Meghan Weinrich's game-high 22. Weinrich had a near triple-double with eight boards, 10 assists, and five steals. Freshman Jordan Arreola scored 15, while sophomores Cassidy King and Sanaya Shrader and freshman Sarah Tait chipped in 11 each with Shrader pulling down a game-high rebounds.

The Roadrunners (24-3, 9-1) will find out their first postseason opponent on Sunday, Feb. 19.
