Roadrunners To Square Off Against Orange Coast for State Championship

Lemoore, Calif. - The northern region's top-seeded Butte women's basketball team will face the southern region's top-seeded Orange Coast in the CCCAA State Championship contest on Sunday, Mar. 12 at 3:30 p.m. 

The Roadrunners enter the matchup after running past Cypress, 72-48, in the Elite Eight and outlasting Palomar, 60-59, in the Final Four. Overall, Butte enters the contest with a 28-3 record. The Pirates defeated Sierra, 73-56, before hanging on in overtime for an 80-75 win over Santa Rosa to advance to the championship game.

CCCAA postseason ticket prices are in effect. Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $8 for senior citizens (60+), children 12 and under, students (with valid ID), and faculty and staff. Tickets can be purchased through the CCCAA Box Office. No cash will be accepted for entry.
