Top-Ranked Women's Basketball Captures Fourth-Straight GVC Title

Oroville, Calif. - The No. 1 Butte women's basketball team captured its fourth-straight Golden Valley Conference title, completing the 2023-24 season with a perfect 8-0 mark. 

The Roadrunners wrapped up the season on a 24-game winning streak, posting an overall 27-1 mark - the best regular-season record in the state.

Butte averaged 95.1 points per game in conference play, allowing only 43.6 points per game.

The Roadunners await their postseason matchup, looking to make their third-straight trip to the 3C2A State Championships as the top seed out of the North.
