Julia Norman, Women's Track and Field

Sophomore heptathlete Julia Norman is the Butte Athletics February Female Athlete of the Month.

Norman completed a feat that no Roadrunner female athlete has in school history, winning the Chico State Multis on February 22 and 23. 

She compiled a score of 3962, earning the 3C2A "A" standard, and individually winning two events - shot put (33-2) and javelin (127-4). Her javelin mark also is an "A" standard.

She capped the next day finishing second in the javelin at the Butte Invite with a throw of 122-10.
